I think that I made one very nice step to the on of my ultimate personalities as a leader and person who develops another people. Last weekend I listened Peđa Jovanović from NLP Centar, who has thought us (alumni of the Dr Zoran Đinđić Fund) how to create our personal vision. It was very practical, and Peđa did great job to give us introduction to NLP basics and coaching process. Still I didn’t go trough my notes :(
