I continue to train very hard for my first race abroad. It will be halfmarathon on 21.3.2010 in Lisbon, Portugal. In January I will collect about 200 km in my running archive. My muscles are burning, and my left knee hurts. But, still I always remember what Haruki Murakami said to me: Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.
While I run I like to listen to Ladytron, and I push myself in the rhythm of Morrisseys “Boy Racer“.
Big news: Today we formally started NGO and “Active life movement”. The organization will change whole cultural, health and sport life in Serbia. Our project “Belgrade amateur running league” will be something that will last forever, and it will be our present to Belgrade and Belgrade’s citizens. I am amused when I think about this project and the idea that something I created will continue to last after my death. It is also pleasure to think that you can create something in a present, and do it in future, even when you become old. And your children will do it… and their… It is vision that makes human life bearable.

Because the people who are crazy enough to thing they can change the world, are the once who do.
